    One helper, First Light. On WhatsApp and email. We start small.

  3. We set it up.

    Around your tools and your notes.

  4. You check its work.

    Every answer will show why. Tell us what’s wrong. We fix it.

  5. We measure it.

    Replies, handovers, mistakes. The real numbers, good or bad.

Before day one

What we need from you to start.

  • How your WhatsApp enquiries reach First Light. We will confirm the setup with you before the pilot starts.
  • How your email enquiries reach First Light. We will confirm the setup with you before the pilot starts.
  • The viewing slots you are happy to offer. Tell us the days and times. First Light offers only those.

After day 14

What happens when the pilot ends?

  • Are you charged automatically? No.
  • Do you need a card to start? No.
  • What happens next? At the end, we look at the results together. You choose: carry on at a price we agree with you, or stop.

If you stop, we delete your data within 30 days.

What we ask of you

  • Check the helper’s work every week.
  • Tell us when it’s wrong.
  • Let us measure the replies and the handovers.
